How can I save money on my heating?

There are several things you can do:

1) Have your boiler serviced regularly to ensure it is operating efficiently.

2) Ensure that your heating system is free from black iron oxide sludge. This is formed by the deterioration of your radiators (a bit like blocked arteries!)

This is one of the common causes of component breakdown within a boiler.

to remedy this, we recommend you have your system assessed and if necessary flushed with cleansing chemicals and dosed with a sludge inhibitor.

We also recommend fitting a Spirotap magnetic cleanser to prevent further deterioration, saving you money on a long term basis.
